What’s new (v2020.01)

Features:

• Added a new feature for the estimate-risk endpoint extending the override capabilities. 
  It can now be used to trigger a sensitivity analysis toward the collision risk,  specifying a range of scaling factors for the co-variances.
• When signing up for an OKAPI user account notice must be taken of our privacy statement
